Estimated delivery time

• We know how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible. That's why at The Woolcatcher we make every effort to ensure your package arrives quickly and in perfect condition.
• Orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. (CEST) are prepared and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed and shipped the following business day, which may add up to 24 hours to the delivery time.
• Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Within 24 business hours, you will receive a second email with shipping information and a tracking number.
• Although we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to causes beyond our control, such as logistical issues or exceptional circumstances.
• For international shipments, delivery times vary between 2 and 6 business days, depending on the destination. See the country list for specific details and conditions.
• If your country isn't listed, please contact us through our Help Center . We'll be happy to check if we can ship your order to you.

Shipments outside the European Union 

• If your order is being shipped to a country outside the European Union, please note that additional costs such as import taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply, depending on the local regulations of each destination.
• We work under the Incoterm DAP (delivered at destination) , which means we ship your order to the address indicated, but any customs or tax charges are not included in the price and must be borne by the recipient.
• The recipient is responsible for any additional charges that may arise (even if the package is refused). If you're giving a gift or sending to someone outside the EU, make sure they're informed about these potential costs.
• Please note that in some cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs controls.

Delivery address

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

If no one is available to receive or sign for the delivery, most of the courier companies we work with (through Packlink) will drop the package off at a nearby collection point , such as a local store or courier office. Depending on the carrier, they may also attempt to deliver it to a neighbor or try again at a later time.

You'll receive an email or text message notification with the information you need to pick up your package or reschedule delivery.

To ensure smooth and prompt delivery, please:

• Enter an address as complete and detailed as possible.

• Include a valid, working phone number.

For international shipments, if the recipient is unavailable on the first attempt, the package will typically be redirected to a pickup location. In this case, a notification will also be sent with instructions on how to retrieve it.
