Duties and Taxes
Important Update for Our U.S. Customers
Since August 29, 2025, the United States has removed the “de minimis” exemption that previously allowed duty-free imports under $800 USD. This means that all international parcels entering the U.S. are now subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of their value. These charges are collected directly by U.S. Customs or the delivery company and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We’re truly sorry for this change — it affects all international sellers, and unfortunately, we have no control over it. We hope this situation will improve soon, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. 💛
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes will apply — your order will be delivered directly to your door.
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (for example to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, or any other non-EU country), your local customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees before delivery.
These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout. They are collected by your country’s customs or postal service and are beyond our control.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
If you are asked by the delivery company to pay any customs or import fees, please note that this is a normal procedure for international shipments. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reimburse these fees.
