Reviews on our website are collected and published through the Judge.me app.

• Who can review: after your purchase we send you an email invitation to rate the products you received.
• Verified reviews: the "Verified buyer" badge shows that the review comes from a customer who bought the product in our shop. Reviews without this badge could not be verified.
• We publish all reviews, positive and negative, as long as they meet these criteria. We do not edit them or order them to show only favourable ones.
• Moderation: we do not publish, or we remove, reviews containing insults, discriminatory or obscene content, third parties' personal data, advertising or spam, content unrelated to the product, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• No incentives: we do not offer discounts or any other compensation in exchange for reviews. If we ever did, the benefit would be granted regardless of whether the review is positive or negative and we would indicate it next to each review.
• You can ask us to edit or delete your review by writing to hello@thewoolcatcher.com. The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy policy.
