1. Cancelling an order before shipping

If you change your mind before we ship your order, write to us as soon as possible at hello@thewoolcatcher.com with your order number. If it has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it free of charge and refund you in full. If it has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal under our Returns and withdrawal policy.

2. Pre-order products

Some products are offered on pre-order: these are items that are not yet in our warehouse.

• The product page clearly states that it is a pre-order and shows its estimated shipping date.
• Payment is taken when you place the order, unless another payment method is stated on the product page.
• If the estimated date is delayed, we will email you with the new date. You can choose to wait or cancel the order with a full refund.
• You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, with a full refund.
• Once you receive the product, you have the usual 14 calendar days to withdraw.

We do not offer subscriptions or "try before you buy" sales.
